The main aim of this project was to implement educational interventions in a group of young liver transplanted patients. Patients have been involved in the study for 10 months and randomized in experimental (educational interventions) and control group. Mix methods have been used. Thematic analysis: in order to discuss interviews; statistical analysis: to verify interventions’ effectiveness. The project has been conducted between 2015 and 2016; 14 patients have been involved, mean age (±DS) 23,9 (±4,7). Considering experimental group, post-test analysis revealed some improvement in well-being and self-efficacy. These data may be significant in order to discuss the role of patient education.
