Abstract
Education to bodily self-consciousness leads to achieving well-being, because the body is essential for inhabiting the world. Bodily self must be thought by autobiographic exercise, on the condition that the topic is one’s body life. This self-critical reflection is directed both to new lifestyle habits and to take care of health and body needs. The result is a new wellness-oriented mentality, very useful in today’s uncertain society, that produces anxiety and sadness.
